DMH International is announcing that Florida Back Institute, Boca Raton, FL will join the beta launch of Virtual Physician’s Network mobile app technology.
August 4, 2014 — Coral Springs, Florida — DMH International (OTCBB: DMHI), announced today that Florida Back Institute in Boca Raton, FL has agreed to participate in the beta launch of Virtual Physician’s Network (VPN) www.virtualphysiciansnetwork.com. Virtual Physician’s Network completed their much-anticipated merger with DMHI on July 24th, 2014.
The Florida Back Institute is located in Boca Raton Florida and was founded in 1989 by Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Jeffrey Fernyhough, M.D. and Neurosurgeon Jordan Davis, M.D. For 25 years the Florida Back Institute has offered a complete multi-specialty treatment approach to spinal disorders.
“The Florida Back Institute is another great addition to our growing number of quality spine surgeons and clinics using Virtual Physician’s Network,” explained George England, CEO of DMH International. “Dr. Fernyhough will also be a key contributor to help us add compelling content as one of our medical advisor board members,” he continued. “I am also excited that the Florida Back Institute will be helping us beta test the latest release of the Touch PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) software,” Mr. England concluded.
Jeffrey C. Fernyhough, M.D. is an orthopedic spine surgeon who received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington in 1982 where he also was awarded the International College of Surgeons Scholarship from Oxford University Medical School. He completed his residency at Yale University and two spinal surgery fellowship programs before founding the Florida Back Institute and is an active member of AAOS, CSRS, NASS, SMISS and SOLAS. Dr. Fernyhough has published research in the areas of cervical spine fusions, lumbar spine fusions, and bone graft pain. He lectures nationally in minimally invasive surgical techniques and holds patents for vertebroplasty techniques and instruments for spinal fractures.
“This technology has simplified and provided unprecedented accountability to the process of surgical case scheduling with all the vendors and neuro-monitoring,” explained Dr. Fernyhough. “We have not had any more of the costly snafus with unexpected changes not being communicated with all involved like we used to,” Dr. Fernyhough concluded.
